You've already done the hard part — you showed up, you went deep, you found your people.
Now we're bringing everyone back together, in Girona, Spain, to pick the conversation right back up where the magic left off.
The Alumni Weekend exists for one simple reason: the conversations didn't end when you got on the plane home. You've been wrestling with new challenges, testing new ideas, and quietly wishing you had the room back. So we're giving it to you — with more time, more depth, and two cohorts in one place for the first time.
You'll reunite with the people you went through the program with. You'll meet the alumni from the other years — the ones you've heard about, the ones who've been navigating the exact thing you're stuck on.
❋ More Time for Deeper WorkWe're not spending the weekend getting acquainted. We're rolling up our sleeves and walking through real frameworks together, with a dedicated deep-work block built into the program.

❋ A Practitioner's Lens FacilitationYou're all builders of gatherings yourselves. Expect to peek behind the curtain, trade what's actually working, and leave with frameworks you can run the day you get home.

Where we’ll Be
We're gathering at a private venue roughly 90 minutes from Barcelona, tucked into the countryside near Girona — close enough to the city for a proper afternoon out, far enough to feel like the rest of the world has politely agreed to wait.
Expect long tables, slow lunches, good wine, and the kind of quiet corners that make the best conversations possible.

Day OneArrive & Reunite
Travel from Barcelona (~90 min). A slow landing, welcome rituals, and straight into our first challenge discussions — then a cross-cohort welcome dinner.
Day TwoDiving In
A full day of work sessions and activities. We walk through frameworks, trade what's working, and go deep — cohorts mixed at every turn, with long lunches and room to breathe.
Day ThreeCraft, Then Catalonia
Frameworks and deep work together in the morning. In the afternoon, an excursion into Girona — cooking class or beach, weather and mood dependent — and a long dinner to close the day.
Day FourClosing the container
Closing rituals in the morning, then transfers back to Barcelona around midday.
